My mission is to put passionate and competent Surgical Technologists into operating rooms around the country.
I recognize that Surgical Technology education can be confusing and the techniques and approaches use by many colleges don't work for everyone. I'm here to help close the gaps in understanding.

CLINICAL EXPERIENCE:
20 years of peri-operative experience as a Certified Surgical Technologist, Certified Surgical First Assistant and Sterile Processing Technician.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:
10 years experience as a Professor of Surgical Technology, helping hundreds of students on their way to a rewarding career.
NATIONAL LEVEL EXPERIENCE:

- AST Board of Directors
- Member of the AST Education and Professional Standards committee.
- Accreditation reviewer for the ARC/STSA.
- Authoring of textbooks, study guides and journal articles.
- Participation in the development of the CST and CSFA examinations with NBSTSA.
